Main thing with all of this.  Email any questions you may have, even if you are bringing your own child,

make sure to have the other parent/guardian sign a notarized transfer form if they are not coming along.
BEST WAY for all this is for BOTH parents to come on the first visit!

	This form is needed if you send your child with another adult to sign waivers. It has to be filled out correctly and notarized to ride. ALL THREE PAGES!!!! This form is ONLY good for 1 visit.
	ALL riders and non riders must be a member to enter the indoor.   Fill this out to make sign up process go more smooth and fast.
	This form is for the whole riding season. It comes with membership and can be done with both parents signatures at the office.
